The Challenge:

The USGA Foundation needed to upgrade its digital infrastructure for membership, donations, and email marketing. The nonprofit required a solution that could manage a multi-level membership program and accommodate multipoint marketing programs for upgrades and renewals. Dual memberships were also made possible by capturing the second member without creating a new EN profile. The solution also accommodated multipoint marketing programs for upgrades and renewals, with an eye to future marketing automations.

The custom WordPress backend and membership page listed all membership options, while custom fields passed through certain key data to be picked up on export to ROI. The solution also integrated with and improved the existing online membership renewal experience, maintaining the USGA Foundation’s complex structure for rolling email renewal efforts. The custom default source code was established, which could be overwritten with dynamic inbound source codes by effort.
