Ottawa Cancer Foundation needed their 2026 TeamRaiser event site rolled over on schedule without pulling internal staff off other priorities. We handled it inside our Support Services offering. They saved approximately two full working days of staff time.
Ottawa Cancer Foundation had worked with Yeeboo the previous year to build and implement their TeamRaiser event template. When it came time to roll the site over for the 2026 campaign year, they had a familiar problem: the work needed to get done on time, and their team didn’t have the internal capacity to absorb it without pulling people away from other priorities.
We managed the full TeamRaiser site rollover as part of our Support Services offering. Using the template framework already in place from the prior year’s implementation, our team handled all the technical updates and configuration required for the new campaign year. The goal was a launch-ready site, on schedule, with zero disruption to their internal team’s workload.
