Project Overview

Maȟpíya Lúta Owáyawa / Red Cloud Indian School partnered with Yeeboo Digital on a comprehensive digital transformation project. The goal was to enhance its online visibility, boost donations, and provide a cohesive, user-friendly experience across all of its digital platforms. The work spanned a new WordPress site, an Engaging Networks donation setup, and a redesigned Shopify storefront.

  1. Challenge

    The school’s existing website was outdated, lacking modern design elements and was not mobile-responsive. Its digital infrastructure was insufficient for fundraising needs, with donation forms that were not optimized for conversion.

    Additionally, the Shopify storefront did not align with the main website’s branding, creating a disjointed user experience across platforms.

  2. Solution

    Yeeboo Digital delivered a full WordPress redesign, optimized for mobile devices to ensure a seamless experience across all screen sizes. We then set up Engaging Networks, creating and integrating donation forms tailored to different fundraising needs such as one-time donations, monthly giving, and tribute gifts.

    Finally, we redesigned the Shopify store’s front end to match the look and feel of the new website, providing a cohesive brand experience.

  3. Results

    The redesigned website attracted more visitors who were also more engaged, and the school saw a notable increase in online donations.

    Aligning the Shopify store with the main website created a consistent and professional brand presence across every digital touchpoint.
