As the Wordpress Web Developer, you’ll be delivering easy-to-use, easy-to-train, attractive Wordpress-based products for the nonprofit clients we serve. Yes, you will deliver work. Sometimes through guiding and assisting the team of web developers and most other times through being the lead web developer on particular assigned Wordpress projects. You’ll be required to demonstrate deep technical knowledge, yet you’ll also be expected to explain technical opportunities and products to those with less technical expertise internally and with clients.
You’ll be able to cross the divide between our infrastructure projects, support services and marketing/fundraising clients seamlessly, and you’ll identify opportunities for innovative work and internal business processes that drive the success of our clients. The Support Services Coordinator role is key to the success of all our digital projects and website support.
As Support Services Coordinator, you will be a key member of the Support Services team who work their digital magic to help our awesome clients with their day to day tech/web/code needs. You will be in direct contact with our awesome non-profit clients to coordinate and make web updates, customize donation forms, configure Peer-to-Peer fundraising websites, set up HTML emails, deploy and translate analytics. More specifically, the role will be 80% focused on providing those support services to clients and 20% focused on supporting the team of digital producers on the setup, execution and reporting of email and digital marketing campaigns.
Your strong communication skills coupled with the training you’ll receive for the key technology products utilized day-in and day-out in the role will no doubt bring a smile to all your clients. Yes, you’ll be firefighting and and crushing support tickets like the wizard you are which means good time management and prioritizing skills will be necessary for this role.
Second only to your amazing skills, it is very important that you can mesh with the team. We are small, innovative and very cross-functional – yes, we even fetch our own coffee. You need to be able to work independently yet under the direction of the Manager of Creative and Support Services and the clients you are working with.

– Communicating directly with clients via support tickets and triaging tasks to be completed by you or other team members

The Digital Marketing Coordinator role is integral to the success of our digital marketing and fundraising client accounts. With a primary focus on ongoing and new fundraising and advocacy campaigns, you will actively be involved across the digital marketing/fundraising and campaign space. From email, to social ads, video and web you will work to bring our team’s client campaigns to life.
Your role is evenly split between the left and right sides of your brain. You will get to help drive our creative and campaign development, dreaming up new ways to communicate the message across the ever changing digital medium. Yet you will also get to use your digital platforms experience to execute on digital marketing plans that ultimately raise money for the causes we’re passionate about.
Reporting directly to the Account Manager, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will work to execute, monitor and optimize campaigns as well as to report back on campaign results and impact, ensuring campaign goals are met and exceeded. More specifically, you will:
– Collaborate internally with the digital marketing services team to build, execute and monitor social, search and display campaigns, ensuring plane launch on time and are delivered on budget
– Setup Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn and other platform-specific ad campaigns based on creative and direction provided by the Account Manager
– Monitor campaign performance, update as needed, testing creative as much as possible
– Build and deliver campaign progress reports as well as post-campaign reports, analysis, recommendations and campaign impact
– In preparation for strategic client meetings, evaluate campaign metrics and sector trends in order to identify gaps or opportunities to deliver insightful analysis and recommendations for testing, optimization and revenue growth
– Create campaign and copy briefs to convey campaign strategy, copy direction and creative deliverables
– Coordinate with the Yeeboo Digital team including developers and designers to ensure campaign schedules are followed and that quality is checked before delivery or presentation to the client
– Support client digital marketing/fundraising accounts through collaboratively developing campaign briefs and presentations for internal approval
– Develop expertise on a range of non-profit online fundraising software such as Luminate Online, Engaging Networks etc.
– Other administrative duties as required by the digital marketing services team
