Account Manager, Digital Marketing Services (Remote Available)

The Account Manager – Digital Marketing Services role is integral to the success of our digital fundraising client accounts. With a primary focus on ongoing and new fundraising and advocacy campaigns, you will actively be involved across the digital marketing and campaign space. From email, to social ads, video and web you will carefully consider how best to bring your client campaigns to life.

Your role is evenly split between the left and right sides of your brain. You will get to help drive our creative and campaign development, dreaming up new ways to communicate the message across the ever changing digital medium. Yet you will also get to use your team leadership skills to coordinate and partner with internal teams to ensure that everything gets done to the highest degree and out the door on time.

How You Will Be Contributing

– Develop and maintain client confidence, rapport and relationships with a strong focus on client retention and customer service
Working with your clients closely to understand their needs and goals

– Collaborating internally with the Yeeboo Digital team, in particular the digital marketing coordinator and SEM specialist, to design, build, execute and monitor results, ensuring client goals are met

– Be the lead strategist for client digital marketing accounts, developing campaign briefs and presentations for client approval, proactively providing strategic campaign recommendations to clients

– Monitor campaign performance, developing campaign tracking, analysis, reporting and measurement

– Evaluate campaign metrics on an ongoing basis and sector trends in order to identify gaps or opportunities to deliver insightful analysis and recommendations for testing, optimization and revenue growth

– Coordinate with the Yeeboo Digital team including developer and designers to ensure campaign schedules are followed and that quality is checked before delivery or presentation to the client

– Develop expertise on a range of non-profit online fundraising software such as Luminate Online, Engaging Networks etc.

Must Haves

– A creative mind and a desire to move our progressive nonprofit clients forward

– Multi-channel digital marketing experience with 2-3 years experience leading digital marketing campaigns

– Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Data Studio, running Facebook paid social campaigns as well as digital media planning and buying

– A self-motivated individual with a desire to do their best every day

– Passionate about problem solving

– Excellent presentation skills with comfort in speaking and leading client meetings

– High organizational capacity and ability to follow and maintain project schedules

– Must be a regular and comfortable user of the internet, online social networks

– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite as well as Google apps (Drive, Calendar, Docs, etc)

– Great attention to detail and dedication to quality assurance

– Fast learner who is interested in conquering technology

Nice To Haves

– Fundraising knowledge is an asset

– Experience in non-profit online fundraising and CRM software, such as Blackbaud (Convio) Luminate Online and TeamRaiser, Engaging Networks, Raiser’s Edge would certainly be helpful

Digital Project Manager

The Role

But don’t worry; it’s not all work and no play. We’re based in Bloomfield, Prince Edward County, the home of white sand beaches, countless vineyards, barn parties, great restaurants, live music, funky coffee shops and room to grow. Oh, and houses are still affordable.

The digital project manager role is integral to the success of all our digital projects with the primary focus on project managing website and technology implementation projects as well as fundraising and advocacy campaign projects. Our digital project managers are the primary bridge between our clients’ project teams and the team here at Yeeboo Digital as well as being the lead project managers for all projects.

Second only to your amazing skills, it is very important that you can mesh with the team. We are small, innovative and very cross-functional – yes, we even fetch our own coffee. You need to be able to work independently, with your team members and under the direction of the Director of Operations and Delivery. How You Will Be Contributing

– Provide end-to-end project management for assigned digital projects

– Part of a team of digital project managers focused on ensuring all work is executed to the highest level of quality – on time and on budget

– Developing and maintaining strong client confidence, rapport and relationships from start to finish

– Lead Project Manager for specifically assigned projects including, yet not limited to, implementation and/or ongoing use of Blackbaud (Convio) Luminate Online, TeamRaiser and Engaging Networks (training will be provided) as well as website re-design and development generally on Wordpress CMS

– Develop expertise on a range of non-profit online fundraising software such as Luminate Online, Engaging Networks, Great Feats, Frontstream, Salesforce, AKA Raisin etc.

– Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues

– Coordinate with internal stakeholders to to design, develop and implement digital projects, ensuring schedules are kept on track

Must Haves

– A self-motivated individual with a desire to do their best every day

– 1-2 years proven experience leading digital projects, ideally within website redesign projects

– Good overall understanding of project management processes

– Experience using project management software, preference to those candidates with experience using Trello and Smartsheet.

– Solution-focused in your client relationships and project leadership with a passion for problem solving

– High organizational capacity and ability to follow and maintain project schedules

– Familiarity with Content Management systems and HTML/CSS

– Diligent, detail-oriented, responsible, accountable, flexible and team-oriented with a willingness to ask for help when needed

Digital Support Services Coordinator

The Role

The Support Services Coordinator role is key to the success of all our digital projects and website support.

As Support Services Coordinator, you will be a key member of the Support Services team who work their digital magic to help our awesome clients with their day to day tech/web/code needs. You will be in direct contact with our awesome non-profit clients to coordinate and make web updates, customize donation forms, configure Peer-to-Peer fundraising websites, set up HTML emails, deploy and translate analytics. More specifically, the role will be 80% focused on providing those support services to clients and 20% focused on supporting the team of digital producers on the setup, execution and reporting of email and digital marketing campaigns.

Your strong communication skills coupled with the training you’ll receive for the key technology products utilized day-in and day-out in the role will no doubt bring a smile to all your clients. Yes, you’ll be firefighting and and crushing support tickets like the wizard you are which means good time management and prioritizing skills will be necessary for this role.

– Communicating directly with clients via support tickets and triaging tasks to be completed by you or other team members

– Supporting the team of digital producers with the implementation and/or ongoing use of Blackbaud Luminate Online, TeamRaiser and Engaging Networks (training will be provided)

– Supporting the team of digital producers with configuration and update tasks related to client websites

– Setting up, testing, scheduling and sending HTML emails for client campaigns

– Creating email, digital marketing campaign and web reports as and when required in support of the digital marketing team

– Provide analysis and insights into reports including recommendations, based on your data analysis, for future testing of emails and digital marketing activities

– Develop expertise on a range of non-profit online fundraising software such as Luminate Online, Engaging Networks, Great Feats, Salesforce, AKA Raisin etc.

– When required, coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure projects schedules are followed

– Ensuring all work is executed to the highest level of quality

– Some additional administrative duties as and when required

Must Haves

– 1+ years in a customer/client service facing role

– A fast learner who is interested in conquering technology

– Strong and professional verbal and written communication skills

– Knowledge and experience of various analytics tracking setup would be an asset

– Passionate about problem solving

– Ability and experience to work with and to communicate reports is a bonus
