Through our deep dive audit and strategic recommendations process we identified:

Fragmented Donation and Referral Journeys: Key pathways such as donating, referring a child, or getting involved were buried or unclear, creating friction for users looking to take action.
Limited Accessibility and Bilingual Support: The old site did not meet accessibility best practices and struggled to offer a consistent experience in both English and French, limiting its inclusivity and reach.
Content Management Limitations: Internal teams had difficulty updating and managing content, resulting in inconsistent branding, outdated information, and inefficiencies in day-to-day operations.
