Account Coordinator, Digital Marketing Services (Decentralized)

The Role

The Account Coordinator, Digital Marketing Services role is integral to the success of our digital marketing and fundraising client accounts. With a primary focus on ongoing and new fundraising and advocacy campaigns, you will actively be involved across the digital marketing/fundraising and campaign space. From email, to social ads, video and web you will carefully consider how best to work with your team to bring your client campaigns to life.

Your role is evenly split between the left and right sides of your brain. You will get to coordinate and move forward our creative and campaign development, dreaming up new ways to communicate the message across the ever changing digital medium. Yet you will also get to use your excellent task management and organizational skills to coordinate and partner with internal teams to ensure that everything gets done to the highest degree and out the door on time.

Second only to your amazing skills, it is very important that you can mesh with the team. We are small, innovative and cross-functional – yes, we even fetch our own coffee. You need to be able to work independently, with your team members and under the direction of the Manager, Digital Marketing Services. We also want someone who isn’t afraid to share, isn’t afraid to be wrong and who can collaborate as a core member of our team.

How You Will Be Contributing

– Develop and maintain strong client confidence, rapport and relationships

– Working with your clients and lead strategist closely to understand needs and goals

– Collaborate internally with the Yeeboo Digital team, in particular the lead strategist, digital marketing specialist and email specialist, to design, build, execute and monitor results, ensuring client goals are met

– Create timelines with Smartsheet both from scratch and also based on templates to be approved for each campaign initiative undertaken with the lead strategist and client team

– Coordinate the development of campaign briefs and presentations for client approval, proactively assisting the lead strategist in providing strategic campaign recommendations to clients

– In collaboration with the digital marketing team, monitor campaign performance, developing campaign tracking, analysis, reporting and measurement

– Evaluate campaign metrics on an ongoing basis and sector trends in order to identify gaps or opportunities to deliver insightful analysis and recommendations for testing, optimization and revenue growth

– Coordinate with the Yeeboo Digital team including developer and designers to ensure campaign schedules are followed and that quality is checked before delivery or presentation to the client

Must Haves

– A self-motivated individual with a desire to do their best every day

– 1+ year’s experience in coordinating multi-channel digital marketing campaigns

– 1+ year’s experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Data Studio, running Meta paid social campaigns

– Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal and client teams to gain trust and give respect to others through honesty, integrity, kindness, empathy, and authenticity

– Diligent, detail-oriented, responsible, accountable, flexible and team-oriented with a comfort to ask for help when needed

– Proven track record to successfully pick up new skills, including learning new technologies

Digital Project Manager (Decentralized)

The Role

The Digital Project Manager role is integral to the success of all our digital projects with the primary focus on project managing website and technology implementation projects as well as fundraising and advocacy campaign projects. Our digital project managers are the primary bridge between our clients’ project teams and the team here at Yeeboo Digital as well as being the lead project managers for all projects.

How You Will Be Contributing

You’re part of a team of digital project managers focused on ensuring all work is executed to the highest level of quality – on time, within scope and on budget, which means:

– Providing end-to-end project management for assigned digital projects

– Creating timelines with Smartsheet both from scratch and also based on templates to be approved for each project prior to kick-off

– Developing and maintaining strong client confidence, rapport and relationships from start to finish of projects

– Leading the client and internal project teams for specifically assigned projects including, yet not limited to, implementation and/or ongoing use of Blackbaud Luminate Online, TeamRaiser and Engaging Networks (training will be provided) as well as website re-design and development generally on Wordpress CMS

– Developing an expertise on a range of non-profit online fundraising software such as Luminate Online and TeamRaiser, Engaging Networks, Wordpress, WooCommerce, Frontstream, AKA Raisin etc.

– Owning, coordinating and leading the internal quality assurance testing for assigned projects

– Guiding the client through testing sprints for assigned projects

– Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues

– Coordinating with internal stakeholders to to design, develop and implement digital projects, ensuring schedules are kept on track

Must Haves

– A self-motivated individual with a desire to do their best every day

– 3+ years proven experience leading digital projects, ideally within website redesign projects and/or technology implementations and onboarding projects

– A strong verbal and written communicator who builds the trusted client and agency partner relationship through the project phases

– Good overall understanding of project management processes

– Experience using project management software, preference to those candidates with experience using Trello and Smartsheet.

Account Manager, Digital Support Services (Decentralized)

As the Account Manager, Digital Support Services, you will be a key member of the Digital Support Services team who work their digital magic to help our awesome clients with their day to day digital needs. You will be in direct contact with our awesome non-profit clients to both coordinate and, oftentimes, make web updates, customize donation forms, configure Peer-to-Peer fundraising websites, set up and send HTML emails, deploy and translate analytics.

Your strong communication skills coupled with both your current knowledge of technologies and the training you’ll receive for the key technology products utilized day-in and day-out in the role will no doubt bring a smile to all your clients. Yes, you’ll be firefighting and crushing support requests like the wizard you are which means good time management and prioritizing skills will be necessary for this role.

How You Will Be Contributing

As the full-time Account Manager, Digital Support Services, you will:

– Develop and maintain client confidence, rapport and relationships with a strong focus on client retention and customer service

– Working with your clients closely to understand their needs and goals based on their digital support requests

– Communicating directly with clients via support requests and triaging tasks to be completed by you or other team members providing time and cost quotes when necessary to ensure expectations are set and transparent between yourself and the client

– Supporting assigned support services clients with the implementation, updates and/or ongoing use of Blackbaud Luminate Online, TeamRaiser and Engaging Networks (training will be provided) and Wordpress websites

– Setting up, testing, scheduling and sending HTML emails for client campaigns based on requests

– Creating email, digital marketing campaign and web reports as and when required

– Provide analysis and insights into reports including recommendations, based on your data analysis, for future testing of emails and digital marketing activities

– Develop expertise on a range of non-profit online fundraising software such as Luminate Online, Engaging Networks, MailChimp, Constant Contact, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, AKA Raisin etc.

– When required, coordinate with internal stakeholders (developers and designers) to ensure task schedules in support of clients are followed and expectations are met

– Owning, coordinating and leading the internal quality assurance testing for all support tasks prior to delivery to the client

Must Haves

– 2+ years in a customer/client service facing role

– 2+ years of experience coordinating cross-functional project teams (developers, designers, strategists)

– 2-3 years experience in the social-profit, nonprofit and charitable fundraising sector either within a charity or within an agency setting

– 1-2 years experience in HTML5/CSS3, Javascript (jQuery/AJAX), Responsive Design (Bootstrap/Media Queries)
