Yeeboo Digital were asked to design and build a custom crowdfunding website for BC SPCA’s Medical Emergency animal fund pages.

About Medical Emergency – When an animal arrives needing urgent or extraordinary care, Medical Emergency brings animal-lovers together to help that animal. Funds raised for each animal’s fund pages go directly to cover all medical costs.

BC SPCA had selected Blackbaud’s TeamRaiser as the backend platform for peer-to-peer fundraising with Yeeboo Digital as the implementation partner to design, build and guide through beta testing, the new Medical Emergency fundraising website.

Although TeamRaiser had been originally built to serve peer-to-peer event style fundraising websites, the team at Yeeboo Digital adapted its use for crowdfunding as the overall premise of this project. Each animal’s fund page has the ability for users to donate to the animal’s fund, add comments when signed into facebook and share that specific animals page and picture across social media platforms.
